1. Choose your cap model
Compare the fabric and shape before choosing a colour. The classic custom dad cap is made from chino cotton twill. The custom vintage cap has a brushed, washed cotton finish. For a ribbed texture, choose the custom corduroy cap.
Check each product's measurements and available colours. An adjustable fastening helps you change the fit, but it is still useful to compare the model's size information before ordering for several people.
2. Write a short, clear message
A name, initials, team name or brief phrase makes a useful starting point. Choose the wording before adjusting the font. Keep the design focused so that its main message is easy to read.

3. Compare cap and embroidery colours
For a clear contrast, try light embroidery on a darker cap or a darker thread on a light cap. A combination closer in tone creates a more subtle look. Use the colours available for your chosen model and review the result before adding it to your basket.
4. Ask us about logos and group orders
For a company logo or a design beyond the text options on the product page, contact JACS first. Include the logo or design idea, preferred cap model, approximate quantity and the date you need the caps. We can then discuss what is possible for your request and confirm the details before you order.
