A tradition in Sweden is eating SOS, short for Smör, Ost, Sill (Butter, Cheese, Herring). Our fantasy is not that good so this is something we eat on all our holidays when we celebrating, such as Midsummer, Christmas and Easter. SOS has roots in the 1800s, served in taverns for a quick, nutritious meal. To honor this history, we created a special hat for all your SOS moments during this festive time.
